LightRight4x4 Warranty Policy

12-Month Warranty on All Lights

At LightRight4x4, we back our gear. Every lighting product purchased from lightright4x4.com is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.

What's Covered

  • Faulty LED components
  • Defective wiring or connectors
  • Controller or Bluetooth module failures
  • Any defect in materials or workmanship under normal use

What's Not Covered

  • Physical damage from accidents, crashes, or misuse
  • Water damage beyond the product's IP67 rating (e.g. full submersion)
  • Damage caused by incorrect installation or incorrect voltage supply
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Products purchased from unauthorised third-party sellers

How to Make a Claim

Email us at Kaidyn@lightright4x4.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the fault
  • A photo or short video showing the issue

We'll get back to you within 2 business days. If your claim is approved, we'll organise a replacement or refund — no hassle.

Your Australian Consumer Law Rights

This warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
